Teens train inside our adult classes with coaching adapted to their stage — a real gym environment, real standards, and a healthy outlet for stress.
In short
Teens ages 13–17 at Summit Martial Arts train in the adult class schedule with age-appropriate coaching. There is no separate teen timetable; teens attend the same classes as adults.
